Sean Miller is a young misguided youngster, about to start a life of crime. Judge Barlow only sees one last option and decides to send Miller to an Amish farm. The Peterschwimms' Farm. It is shock for the sisters, and especially for Dawn who discovers a new depth of compassion in her own heart as she seeks to lift this broken man from the pit of despiar and rebellion to a place of wholeness. Will the worldly young man run back to his life of ease and comfort or will the gentle Amish lifestyle touch his wounded heart? A tale of second chances where love brings the answer and romance blossoms. This is the third book in a series of four. Each book is a delightful standalone Read, and even better when read alongside the other sister's stories.
Amish Romance Dawn The Saga of the Four Amish Sisters Grace Given Books
Grace Given definitely has a winner! My heart went out to Sean right from the beginning of this story. How many young people play follow the leader to try and be liked or due to peer pressure? What would happen if they were given a chance at a new start? Would their life be different? Not everyone is lucky enough to be raised by two, or even one, strong and loving parents. Learning to live without the devices everyone thinks they “must” have (such as ipad, cellphone, computer, Facebook etc.) can be difficult for someone that has never lived without them. Add to that, living with no “modern” conveniences (stove, microwave, electricity, plumbing etc.) would definitely be a challenge for most of us today. But, to do so, to learn how to listen to the Lord, to see beauty in His creations, would, and is, rewarding. Does Sean learn to appreciate what life has to offer; or, does he, in the end, go back to all that is available in the modern world? This is definitely a must read book and great for all age groups.Product details

Amish Romance Dawn The Saga of the Four Amish Sisters Grace Given Books Reviews
Quite good. A look at the Amish reaching out to a very troubled Englischer. Plus, a nice love story for Dawn. I enjoyed this love story.
With no direction in life from an alcoholic mother and a missing father, Sean Miller's into trouble with Johnny. The judge sent Sean to work three months on an AMISH FARM. The Peterswimm farm with the mother, her daughter Dawn and James Conneley and his wife Emma the oldest daughter. He has an eye phone that cost him nearly $1,000 but it 's useless on an AMISH FARM. Will being here help Sean to find his way.
Amish Romance Dawn by Grace Given is a very interesting story.
When you are finished reading this story you are going to wish that the way things were handled that they could handle them like that right in our town.
There are so many places that would work for what the problem in this story had, it is really a different style of what can happen on a Amish farm.
Please after you read an enjoy this story make a review so others also know that it is a great story and also send a message to the author letting her know and that you would like to see more interesting stories as this one.
This book starts with two boys stealing a car. The judge takes into consideration that it is the first time Sean has been arrested, so the judge sentences him to work on an Amish farm. He gradually learns to work and to see things differently. He ends up saving Dawn's life when she had an asthma attack and after going before the judge again, he wants to go back to the peaceful way of life. There is one main thing wrong with a short story--IT'S TOO SHORT-- I wanted it to go on and follow their lives for at least a year or two. I received this free copy from PureRead to give a review (good or bad) and it is very good. All of the books that I've read by Grace Given are excellent.
Truly a great read. Very unique storyline and characters with God's principles clearly at work in the lives of the characters.
all the books are fun to read & I enjoy them because the author does not ramble on about the settings. & does not put in so much detail that I lose interest in the content Love the books a lot
Sean is sent to live and work on an Amish farm fora few months. His buddy, being a repeat offender, was sent to prison. They had stolen a car.
He had a rough time adjusting g to Amish life, but soon became accustomed to it. Of course, it didn't hurt that Dawn took the time to teach him things and explain things to him. She also talked about God and the differences between the quiet Amish life and that of the Englishers.
When he went back to court, the judge set him free. However, Sean didn't want to go home. He wanted to stay with the Peterschwinns, as they were the closest to a real family he had had. They agreed.
Another good story, some excitement, very enjoyable.
